I need my own cloud. I think the video is okay. I am interested in the
Product. What is the limit on the warranty? How long can you get for?
What happens if the Icloud is damaged? What happens is your over digital
capacity on the Icloud can you add more storage and how much does this
storage cost? What kind of storage options do you available and is it one
time or additional in cost? Can you get the I cloud in different colors?

Hi I’m planning to buy My Cloud / My Cloud Mirror – 4Tb, i have a few
Questions:
1) Can i use My Cloud hard disk as a backup storage drive.
2) Can i format or reparation the drive in a suitable format which is
supported by my Laptop ( Mac Os )
3) What is the transfer rate / Data Transfer rate if I’m transfer it
thought my Wifi ( i have CISCO / Linksys E4200 ) and i have a Macbook Pro )
4) Can i directly connect My Cloud to my computer via USB or Ethernet cable
From My Cloud to My laptop.
5) Can i expand My Cloud storage if required and if so then how , if via
USB then how many drives can i connect to My Cloud USB Port Or via Some
other ways .
6) If I’m using My Cloud Mirror , instead of using the 2nd drive as a
mirror can i use it as a storage drive.
Could you also tell me whats the Difference in My Cloud Mirror and EX2

its nice device, only it doesnt work with additional HD like Iomega, but
compatible w WD Book via USB port; compatible w Smart TV Sumsung need no
wire in the house

Concerning this back up device i just got a 1.5 tb from a friend, of which
he cant find the installer CD its one of the worst thing could ever happen
to anyone because finding a driver for the Mac is very deficult, even when
they give you the option to select the mac version it still came up as both
drivers for PC, Its a bloody shame!!!

Dear Western Digital. I have already purchased this product. I am having
difficulty setting some things up and thought a video from you with a title
like “How to Use GUIDE” would tell me about settings or something I am
struggling to figure out. Instead, this is like a commercial for people who
have not yet bought the product. Very disappointed.

you forgot one thing! with iPhone, iPad, iPod you can not download music
from the western digital mycloud, for this use android for full features
