Depends on the website that you are viewing them on. They may download viruses to you, they may not.
Have a good firewall/virus scan etc to combat any problems that you may encounter.

Certain sites do. Personally, I use http://www.projectfree.tv/ – loads of movies and tv shows that are streamed, and if you have the new version of realplayer you can download virus free! (by right clicking the video and selecting ‘Download to Realplayer’)

I didn’t think so at first. I watched a bunch of movies on there. Then my computer crashed and my dad had to spend the day restoring my computer. I lost all my files and stuff. Soo I recommend not taking the risk.

NO. Watching streaming movies and videos will not give you a virus but be careful if they ask you to download a software or codec to play the movie. That can give you a virus. Also, watching movies online is not illegal for you it is the content provider that is at fault. Good luck.

it wont infect your computer as long as the website is virus free. Also if you have to download the movie make sure you scan it for any viruses but as long as that it should be safe. A safe site I know to watch some full-length movies are hulu.com
