Usually I just use eBay, but there is another site that is great, craigslist. they are all second-hand, but most of them you can preview before you buy since they are all sold in the srea you live in. Otherwise, try PriceGrabber.

Have you tried ebay? They tend to have some good auctions for cheap. There are other options as well…
http://www.gosasa.com is a free classified ads website that lets you search for merchandise in your area. It basically searches all the major classified listings (including national online sources like craigslists and local newspaper listings) and presents all the listings on one website. I figure that’s better than linking you to a bunch of different classified sites.

Ebay is wonderful for cheap auctions (beware those who snipe you though!!), Pricegrabber has some really good deals on a lot of things, Gosasa really works wonders for classifieds… yeah I can’t think of anything else. =P
