Hi, watching tv is legal but recording and sharing the recorded file with others is illegal.
Fell free to watch tv online but dont forget you can record them only for your self not for sharing.

the real crime is “sharing”. if you watch or download something, that’s just 1 person (you) that saw it for free. If you share the thing online, then an infinite amount of people could see it for free. I don’t think downloads are prosecuted, but sharing (uploads) are.
there’s not a big difference between watching online and downloading, but if you just watch it online, at least you don’t actually have the file in your possession on your computer (so watching is less offensive I think)
There’s lots of places to watch free episodes legally. They are:
fancast
hulu
aol tv
msn tv (tv.msn.com – not to be confused with MSN TV the ISP)
and openhulu
There are also some programs you can download, that let you watch tv. “Joost” and “Miro”.
You’re not doing anything wrong. I agree with the first poster. The wesbites that are hosting them might get in trouble. But you’re only watching. Your only crime is that of curiousity, and the last time I checked that wasn’t an actual crime. You weren’t downloading anything, so I wouldn’t be worried.
Enjoy your shows. By the way, what site is it? I’d like to watch some older tv shows. The new shows today suck.
