I swear that nararator sounds like Tenesse Senator Fred Thompson.
flyingshaper100 August 12, 2013
I like this game alot
Christopher0184 August 12, 2013
The game is awesome, but ever since Perfect World took over from Cryptic, the servers have been horrible.
TheInnerGeekZone August 12, 2013
*any real world money
TheInnerGeekZone August 12, 2013
STO is a pretty well done free-to-play model that has a currency that can be earned in-game which can be converted to cash shop currency so that you can purchase items without spending and real world money if you want.

DewdInTheNewd August 12, 2013
Solid review, answered all of my questions. Only complaint I have is the quality of the game recording itself. Otherwise great!

how do you get a one-time code?
MC3LGaming August 12, 2013
I’m a 700 day vet with a lifetime sub and collectors edition, I approve of this review! Its an excellent game. People worried about having to pay real money for ships, you get a free ship on promotion, so its not a worry.

Thank you.

Do NOT play PWE games. They are P2W and also riping off scumbugs. Lockboxes on STO is a fair example of what i mean. They dont care about game balance they dont care about customers they only care to ”steal” your money for something that looks good and after a while they nerf it or remove it or give it for free to everyone WITHOUT GIVING UR MONEY BACK. PWE are scumbags AVOID playing ANY of their games I WARNED YOU!
covenantslayer1 August 12, 2013
You forgot to mention that theres a gold substription too.
TheNatureguy01 August 13, 2013
@TheInnerGeekZone , Thanks, what I ended up doing was creating a new email account
and when I re-downloaded the game and sighened in a secondary window came up saying creating patch and then I was able to get into STO 🙂
Have any tips on how to get out of the Lost In Space part in STO?
TheInnerGeekZone August 13, 2013
You will need to create a Perfect World account and either log in with that, or link it to your Cryptic account. PWE recently acquired Cryptic, and the log-in process can be a little confusing for new players who create Cryptic accounts.
TheNatureguy01 August 13, 2013
@TheInnerGeekZone , I tried setting up an account and then downloading the STO game
but it wouldn’t recognize my username or password, so I deleted it after trying to change both with no success, and recreated a new account , the second time it recognized my user name but still wouldn’t recognize my pass word, so I changed that several times trying to make it work with no success, so I deleted the game again, not sure if I should try again, have any tips on this?, Thanks 🙂
