If you have Windows Vista or Windows 7, you should have Windows Media Center. If you have Windows XP, then you’re going to have to pay for another service. Otherwise upgrade to Windows Vista or Windows 7 Home Premium or higher.
For Vista or 7, click Start, type ‘Windows’, look onn the list for ‘Windows Media Center’, and then click it. From there, you should be able to find your way to the settings or the TV.
BTW: Windows Vista runs just as good as Windows 7. Trust me. :p

There is all sorts of TV available online. Just do a search.
But if you want to watch the standard channels on your computer, in real time, you can get a USB TV tuner. It will need an aerial. It does not cost anything for the normal free TV channels.
