  7. hey coould you tell me a program thats non root and free that lets me import my music, photos, videos on tablet. dosent have to be non root i just wanna take my flash drive plug it in to my tablet without purchasing anything

  8. Have this on my nexus 10 and it handles full br rips flawlessly

  9. Oh, one other query. After the files have been saved to the Nexus, I’d like to then copy those files to a USB thumb drive as BU. Yes I know I can use the cloud but I also want to be able to have then stored where I have full control. One reviewer said he could not move/copy files to a 1TB usb drive. I was hoping and would expect that the ES File Explorer would see the usb thumbdrive and allow for copying but not sure. Have you tried this? Does it work?

  10. Interesting, have viewed a couple of videos related to this app and one person says the save is to downloads and you say it saves to Gallery. I’m just beginning with the Lexus but want to download and store images from SD card. I have ES File Explorer and don’t see a folder names Gallery so not sure where the files will be saved and how to access. Cord are in the mail from a couple sources and hoping they arrive before departure. any info would be appreciated.

  21. I bought a 64 gig usb and my nexus 7 would not read it but thanks to your video I found out I should format it as NTFS not exFAT which was the default.

  22. Here is some information regarding the formats it supports:

-The USB drive/flash card must be formatted as FAT16, FAT32 or NTFS (currently no exFAT or extN support). FAT & NTFS are the most common formats for SD and USB Drives.
-This a media streamer and file copy utility. It requires third party software to view multimedia content and read documents. Many formats are supported directly by Android, but other are not

  23. Hey, can you help me? I’ve installed the nexus media importer and did what you did… but I don’t think it read my my flash drive… help?

  24. Hey I bought the app and the cable a little while back but my USB is only 4gig and the cord is a little too long for my liking. Can you link me to a good SD card reader? I like how small yours is. I can put full movies on SD cards right? Thanks for the video. I’m gonna subscribe.

  25. Thank you!
