Buy the most expensive PC you can find and it will do all that for sure !!!

I would just buy a half decent desktop and upgrade the memory to 4 to 8 GB’s and upgrade to a high end video card. by adding more memory and the video card you will free up processor speed, and that would allow you to run multiple apps. Also if you purchase a new named brand computer get rid of all the “bloatware” (all the trail version software or anything your not going to use) and get a low resource antivirus and enjoy.
