I just typed the jzip address into Scam Adviser and got a low trust/high risk rating. Because so many young people want to download free music, there are a lot of risky music sites in cyberspace. Today, a lot of sites that offer freebies include unwanted toolbars and search engines in their installations because they get paid to put them there. You can usually opt out of installing them during installation but you have to pay attention and look at all the options and read each page that comes up. Please check out a site before using it.
Go to Start>Control Panel>Programs and Features. If the search engines/toolbars are in the list of installed programs, you can uninstall them one by one. Click on one of them then click the Uninstall button at the top.
If Program and Features doesn’t work, use Revo Uninstaller. Don’t go overboard with it. Just use the safe setting option. It will search for the programs and delete them. Don’t worry. Revo has been around a long time and is a clean and safe download – although I’m sure you’re a little “shy” about downloads right now.
To make Google your homepage, go to Start>Control Panel>Internet Options. Right at the top of the General tab is “Home page”. Type the address for the Google homepage in the box, click “Apply” at the bottom, right, then “OK”.
Sorry, but I download from Amazon and the only free music I use in my videos is from Jamendo which is only background music and not popular music. Here are some free music sites but don’t expect to find any Bieber or Beyounce.
