There are packet sniffers and network monitoring tools that you can use to do this, or if you’re using a *nix box, try tcpdump. One obstacle you may have though, is a switch. If the 30 computers are connected using switches, then you’re not going to be able to see the traffic from the other machines using something like tcpdump from your own computer like you would if your network is on a hub. You’ll only be able to see connections to and from your own machine. Can you ask your network/sys admin to monitor? I wish I could help!
