Not really, but a lot of cable services have movies that only cost like 3 dollars. And they have some for free!

Not if you are looking for full length specific titles.
Rebroadcasting a movie over the internet would cut into movie rentals and DVD sales so no movie company is going to authorize making them available for free,
YouTube.com and Google video offer a lot of short videos but most are not suitable to base any school assignment on.
Why not rent a movie from Blockbuster?

Yes, Windows media player just go to movie trailer find the movie you want to watch and or download your movies from the search bar.
At least that’s how I’ve always done it. All though I haven’t done it for a while but I’m sure nothing has changed as far as the rules go on the NET that is .
