Usually, if you press and hold for a couple of seconds the picture you want to deal with, a menu will appear and from that one, you may choose the option you want (share/save/etc.). Select save and then select the location. By default it will be in the Downloads folder. You may also install some cloud storage application (google drive for example, or any other you like) and store them online; thus, you can access them from everywhere and you do not get your phone memory full of files.
