topics too juicy to wait!!! LOL that will be a HUGE concern for me if
you’re not able to record stuff with the PS4. Just got the elgato but the
PS4 is HDMI only. I’m sure they’ll come out with something to override it
just don’t wanna have to buy something else to capture

Thanks you for all the good information and keeping everybody informed. And
your right, both consoles will be good. It just depends on your preference.

When Sony don’t say nothing it usually means they didn’t plan on it, but
are going to try & sneak it in before people know. When you sit back &
think about it Sony hasn’t come out with hardly any news about the PS3 or
it’s features. It’s always “maybe” or “possibly” in order to big it up to
the X1. We’re getting XBOX 1 news damn near every day or atleast once a
week.

For Office suites LibreOffice is the flavor of OpenOffice that I prefer. It’s the most up-to-date of OpenOffice flavors you listed.
You might want to compare it to the free version of Microsoft Office available here: http://office.live.com/
The free Microsoft product is a cloud-based version that lets you co-author with multiple authors using live, real-time collaboration. It comes with free 25 gig of file storage. The files it makes open normally in full versions of Microsoft Office. Other brands open in “compatibility mode” (restricted to Office 97 features) when opened in the full versions of Microsoft Office. You can embed Excel workbooks on any web page with a simple iFrame tag, which is a pretty neat feature.
