Just because you have actually bought the film does not make it legal to download it. Legal online download sites are available where you can download films for a fee and if you have used one of these but the media has been destroyed you need to contact them.
If however, you purchased the film on DVD/Blu-Ray etc then you are missing the key legal issue which is that the reverse engineering and removal of the encryption software used on these films is illegal. Therefore no free download of a DVD/Blu-Ray film is going to be legal (at least not at this time and certainly not with motion picture releases).
If you have lent the film to someone, ask for it back. If you have sold it/given it away you will need to buy it again.

Firstly make an account at veoh.com. Then download the veoh player and then you can download any movie or video. After you open a video click on “download options” and click “download video”.
