  2. If your company doesn’t have a server then you can still set up a server on one of the PCs, as this is a one off job you could download the Windows Server 8 Beta for free and use that. Next you need to set up that server to distribute your copy of Windows to any other computer on the network, you will have to research the details of how to do this but it is a standard role for a server. Then all you need to do with the other machines is to boot them from LAN, they should connect to your server which will then offer to install Windows on them through the network. When you’ve done it then if you don’t need the server any more you could just install your copy of Windows on that machine too so that they now all have a copy of Windows.

    As you have 800 PCs it would be normal for such an organisation to have a server anyway, if so see about setting it up to deploy your copy of Windows.
