JustCloud Review: Unlimited online backup for your files

  1. Just cloud is owned by one person and is a scam that’s why it takes forever
    to get back a response

  2.

  3. I just received a message from JustCloud that my UNLIMITED account had
reached its limit!!! I have only ~800 GB in my account!! Don’t believe the
    concept UNLIMITED!!!

  4. I’ve had to contact JustCloud three times in six months because their
software hasn’t worked properly, takes over a month to upload (after
purchasing the “faster upload speed upgrade”), and now they reduced the max
file size allowed from 5GB to 1GB and are charging for 5GB. No contact
number for the company, you have to e-mail them and hope they respond,
which can sometimes take upwards of two weeks. Awful company, in the
process of trying to get my money back.

  5. Is it unlimited free?

  6. My JustCloud status keeps saying Licence Expired. I followed their
instruction and re-authenticated my user ID and password, but there was no
effect. What’s wrong with this ??

  7. live.com free 25gb

  8. This company is terrible. They’re constantly making updates to the software
that automatically cap the files size and types that you backup in order to
minimize your usage of their server space. They’ve attempted on multiple
occasions to take features away that I paid for when I signed up, and now
after using their UNLIMITED service for about 2 years they’ve cancelled my
account because I’ve used 2TB of storage, which is “outside of normal user
    boundaries”.

  9. Thanks for that! Not a good piece of software. Not good service. Not good
responses. Not good at refunds. Just not really good at all!

  10. Hey, no it’s not free. You can get it from 4,95 per month if you’re willing
to commit to a 2-year period.

  11. I need to see an operational video. I can’t seam to share a file on
justcloud. I also am having trouble locating flies from my flash drive. I
paid and I adjusted to unlimited. I am 92% and still do not see files from
    my flash drive.

  12. Hi Simon, You’re right, my bad. I will correct that in my next video. I got
confused because when I have been talking to the founders and they told me
they would get rid of that limit soon. I must have mixed that up.

  13. Stay away from this product. JustCloud has many expensive hidden fees. You
can cancel but, they will not refund your money. What’s with early
termination fees? Really, it took an hour to find out how bad and expensive
    the service is. STAY AWAY!!

  14. max size per file is 3gb, not unlimited

  15. DON’T use this service. Bad software, doesn’t work as advertised, very
slow. I had several problems that took a long time to get fixed; They only
respond to the requests that they want. I subscribed for a service with 5Gb
max file size; I just found out that they decreased that limit to 1Gb,
without warning, and now they want to charge more for that. This was not
what I paid for! What they are good at is to nag you for ridiculous
“upgrades”, constantly, when using the site, and with emails.

  16. I have 2 important guestions. I’m thinking of getting livedrive for 5
years. But I want to be sure it’s the best. So just to make sure: justcloud
doesn’t really offer unlimited syncing or streaming functionality like the
‘briefcase’ from livedrive? Please advise! Thanks in advance!

  17. Hi, When you’re logged in to your account on the left hand side there is an
option where it says “Share a folder”. There you should be able to select
the appropriate folder. When you say Flash Drive you mean an external hard
drive, right? Keep in mind that in order to be backed it has to be
    connected to your PC.

  18. Justcloud is the same as mypcbackup. Same company.

  19. Seems to be true. After first upload was finally over (took literally
ages), I was urged to upload again; clicked on that link, and instead was
    asked to upgrade!

  20. Is it safe to upload pirated stuffs on cloud? Just asking 🙂

  21. Here is what you need to do:
If it was due to an application or driver problem, your computer should be able to startup in “Safe Mode”: Tap the F8 key when you hear the POST sound (you’ll see the manufacturer’s logo at the same time). If you are able to successfully login,

    (1) Uninstall any programs that you have installed just before this problem started. Did you install anything like “Antimalware Doctor” or “Security Defender”, which are “rogue” antivirus software? If you did, read my answer in this thread: http://ca.answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Au6MzlyR8ut4uWI4BaEHd7zBFQx.;_ylv=3?qid=20110223231908AActCrH

    (2) It’s likely that you may have a virus. Download “Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (Free Edition)” and run a full system scan. To do this, boot into “Safe Mode with Networking” so that you have access to the Internet. Malwarebyte’s does not have real-time protection, so you’ll not be able to use it as your main program. I would also recommend downloading “Hitman Pro”. You don’t need to install it to run a scan with this. You will need internet connection for Hitman Pro, because it’s a cloud-based scanner. You should download “Microsoft Security Essentials” as your main security software. It’s really good and free.

    (3) If this doesn’t help, do “System Restore” from Safe Mode. This should undo whatever caused the problem.

    (4) If that doesn’t help, then your last resort is to reinstall Windows XP. This will format your hard drive, so backup your documents, music, pictures and videos onto an external HDD before doing that. If you have a “recovery partition” on your computer it would make this job a lot easier.

As the user above mentioned, you can download “CCleaner” and run a disk cleanup and registry cleanup. This will keep your computer running smoothly. http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner You should also defragment your hard drive using “Disk Defragmenter” in Windows XP, “Piriform Defraggler” or “Auslogics Disk Defrag”. The latter two are free.
