I bought the JustCloud hype and paid in advance for two years of storage –
unlimited – BIG MISTAKE. The system did do a backup (I THOUGHT) but when
it came time to restore to a new computer I found MANY missing files
(music) and the restore function only works a bit. In other words, when
the software gets tired of downloading files to my new computer – it just
stops. IN addition, I am missing many many files…..contact
CustomerSupport and you get blah blah blah – they will insist my files are
safe and on their server, but when I go to iTunes and look at all the files
that should be there compared to what are actually there – many are missing.
They would not refund any money and I found them to be a bunch of children
running a growup scam. I am truly sorry I bought this hot mess!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS
Backup on an external hard disk as well as in the cloud is my advice.

Another JustCloud contractor getting paid to advertise for them all over
social media. I don’t know what’s worse, JustCloud’s product, their
customer service, or their sleazy business practices. Run, FAST from
JustCloud.

Avoid like the plague! Its a terrible, terrible service. Servers go offline
for days, backups notify you that everything is OK but in fact NOTHING was
uploaded. Fortunately I didnt delete anything from my hard drives until I
was sure this company was serious and I can assure you that it’s NOT.
Support is non-existent! Your emails are answered by robots! So far I have
opened 3 tickets and got ZERO replies after A WEEK. Doesn’t work at all!
Total waste of money! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Wasn’t a big fan until they finally decided to upgrade they’re interface.
It’s probably now the best out there.
