Maybe I’m wrong but isn’t it that the free usage tier apply only on amazon linux distribution and your’s Joomla is installed on ubuntu? I think that would be charged by Amazon ..

I missed a step or something, after I launched the server i can not get past the username or login to the cpanel backend of the joomla t3 instance
