guys there is a stable version of cm 10.2 on the nook tablet and official
nighlies for android 4.4 kitkat which im running and is working just fine
because I can get auto updates. all you do is download the rom via
cmupdater and it will boot into your recovery and install and reboot on
it’s own.
Everything4Tech1 January 31, 2014
if you aren’t booting into cyanoboot make sure you take out the sd card
before you boot because it will keep booting you into clockworkmod
Everything4Tech1 January 31, 2014
Guys im very busy right now ill probably be doing a livestream rooting
every single nook and answering all your questions. BTW if you are having
trouble getting to the cyanoboot screen you probably don’t have root access
or you did something wrong with the files. please be sure to follow my
directions
Everything4Tech1 January 31, 2014
What do you guys think about me doing a livestream answering all of your
questions

Oh! In case some of you aren’t aware of this, make sure you’re doing this
on the right nook. There’s the nook color and the nook tablet.
They look identical, but the nook color is the V200 while the Tablet is the
V250. You can find the version on the very bottom on the back of the nook.
Get it right or else you’re going to hate yourself for wasting tons of time
trying to root the wrong nook.
Randy Brown January 31, 2014

When I put the SD back into the nook tablet it starts normally, the
“cyanoboot” menu never appears, could you help me? Sorry to bother you
Aaron Riney January 31, 2014
Downloaded your files and followed your directions precisely. My tablet is
rooted but not CM boot screen (like everyone else). I don’t understand why
you post a video – get this many people with the same exact issue and then
not support it with feedback. Delete the video because its bogus. You
probably had someone else install it for you and you’re just showing it
off. No one can replicate what you have with the information and the files
you’ve given. Looks like you don’t care either.
Thumbs down.
Annissa Worobec January 31, 2014
When I go to copy the files over, I get an error saying that there is an
error with the binary file. I’ve watched endless videos and checked out all
the forums; the process is all basically the same, but almost every file I
try is either invalid or corrupted. I just want an updated android and it’s
impossible. Does anyone have any new links that work? Or know what Im doing
wrong?
Bernardo B January 31, 2014
Thanks guys! I just installed 10.1.3 with the help of Chris Rock! Working
beautifully!

Hello everyone. I just want to put my 2 cents into this. I have
successfully wasted the last few days trying to get these instructions to
work. I even followed the instructions to the letter for the necessary
previous install that needs to happen before this one. The results of the
previous video look nothing like what this video starts with. CM is not
there. I don’t care who says what. It can be opened into some ancient
Android OS after booting as a Nook. It was mentioned that because he
removed the Nook Android version we would not see the same screen. I am
sorry, but YouTube is a video service that people use because they have an
easier time watching something than reading about something. When what you
are shown is not what you’re results are going to be, it doesn’t work. The
video that needs to be made to complete this one(and the one mentioned
earlier) has to involve the removal of Nook’s OS and the installation of
CM. Fragmenting multiple facts and showing something that you know will
not turn out to be what we are seeing just causes confusion.

I think he didn’t show us that his NT was installed nookrecovery.apk and
cwm 6..0.1.9 to boot your NT to CM mode
Stroodles January 31, 2014
Alright the website that I used to get it to work is here – http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2056626. For step 2 c & d
just use the ROM files and gaap files that everything4tech1 has. The issues
I had is with his recovery files but using the files in step 2 a & b solved
it for me.
Tanner Slone January 31, 2014
i did everything exactly the way you said to but it dosent show the mod
