The trial period never really ends. As long as you are on the trial/demo you can only broadcast for an hour until you have to restart the broadcast.

Hey, first off make sure your stream is turned ON in Listen2myradio. Also make sure that your server info in nicecast is all correct. Just watch the video again if you need to make sure all of your steps are good.

I tried this and my friend said he could not hear anything, even though music was playing. Nicecast kept saying that was establishing connection of something.
Am I doing anything wrong? I have heard about using Shoutcast but it’s far too complex :/

If you have the little speaker on the bottom right of the screen the sound card SHOULD be working even though there is chances its not. I would check the speakers plug them into a iPod or something to see if they work. Also there is 3 different plug in in the back of the computer where a headphone could plug in so make shure you have it plugged into the sound out one which looks like sound waves with an arrow out. Sometimes you need powered speakers if they’re not powered try the powered ones. If you have sound with everything else but the internet Radio then there’s a volume control for that but it depends what windows you are using.
