if you have antivirius or anti spyware installed on your computer run that and it should detect the trojan so you can delete it. if you dont have one agv has a good free one.

1/ Turn off system restore (or the infection is still there)
2/ Restart in safe mode with networking
3/ Download Malwarebytes and Spybot (just use your search engine)
4/ Update both programs prior to using them
5/ Run full scans
6/ Delete any infections found
7/ Restart in normal mode
Better free programs are Malwarebytes – Spybot – SUPERantispyware
AVG or Avira for your background “running” anti virus

You need to kill the process and the dll files attached to the trojan. You need to edit the msconfig and registry to stop it from loading startup. Here is a good tutorial:
