Likely not. Free public WiFi is generally slow. If your school is much bigger than 1000 students and faculty, just 10% of them online at once will slow down the school’s server to the point that MMOs are pretty much unplayable.
Even if the server could handle your MMOs, which eat up a LOT of bandwidth, btw, you would need to be an Admin to change firewalls. That means having the school’s passwords, etc.
