  3. You could try downloading the song to your library before you listen to it so it wouldn’t be buffering it would just be playing from your library try this and if it doesn’t work E-mail me back

  4. use itunes

  5. Hooray! Good on you, for giving the example site!!
I’m currently on dialup speed too – but I have very little trouble listening to live radio stations online (known as “streaming audio”) via my free RealPlayer, or indeed occasionally listening to songs on some sites – but when I try listening to a song from that interesting “artists” site, just like you, I find it pauses every 2 secs or so.

I’d suggest perhaps that site is geared especially to those on broadband – and sure, IF you upgraded to it you’d probably hear it ok… but…. unless you specially want THAT Site, I’m sure there are other music sites that will be a bit more friendly to us “slowcoaches” 😉

  6. *Noddling* Even for us broadband users buffering can be a problem.
I do this when watching anime online; I open the anime, hit pause, let it load a few minutes and then play it.
Just tested it at artist weekly and that method worked fine so I suspect it will work for dial-up users as well…
