I’d rather see F.E.A.R. die out because F.E.A.R. sucked pretty hard.
J Mintberry September 20, 2013
looks exactly like Alliance of Valiant Arms except with slightly better textures and a few references here and there to F.E.A.R games… boring.

The coop against the monsters looks interesting but the pvp seems quite bland to be honest… but it doesn’t cost anything to give it a try when it’s released, we can be pleasantly surprised sometimes. 🙂

Hello,
please clarify what kind of games you want to create. Browser games, mmrpgs or fps?
Sage September 20, 2013
First: Learn ow to make games that just run on a PC… get the jist of what is involved in making a game – it’s tricky and there is a lot to it…
Second: check out what technologies work nicely online – available to folks web browsers.. Flash, Microsoft’s Virtual 3D API, there are some “online Game Libraries” for 3D, Java is used on occasion ( http://runescape.com ) and research each to see what you’d like to invest your energy and time into…
check out http://www.thegamecreators.com – their forums have a lot of “game Authors” and fans of game development running around that might be helpful… They even have I think some free game making tools you can get to get your feet wet with what is involved..

Adobe Flash is THE platform for creating rich online media whether it be games, video encoding, fancy web applications.
Without being big headed, I saw myself a pro at Flash 8 and below because of ActionScript 2. ActionScript 2 was pretty much identical to JavaScript – but now, AS3 is a lot more powerful, but it’s 100% object-orientated and seems like you’re writing tonnes of code for a simple button function.
Anyway, yeah – sorry to bang on.. Adobe Flash is the best. Silverlight is Microsoft’s crappy attempt at Flash.
Rosy September 20, 2013
it depends… you could either learn php/perl and create a php/perl game, or learn flash and create a flash game, or you may do also something with javascript….
