There will probably be a disk included with your motherboard, you’ll start there. After that you will want to install the operating system, then any other disks that came with any of your components (the monitor, the graphics card, the sound card, etc.) then go online and get updated versions of all of the drivers.
You should keep your BIOS, and any drivers for any components, up-to-date. This aids in security, and often new drivers are released to address problems and bugs in older drivers.
Many motherboards have overclocking utilities that are available from their website, but these should just be used to monitor and fine-tune an overclock.

all you have to do is put in the OS cd then you install the OS then after it installs you install your drivers you do not have to go into the bios to change any settings because your hard drive would have nothing on it so it would automatically boot from cd
the disk from your motherboard goes in after you install the OS cause that is what has your drivers on it
