    Many motherboards have overclocking utilities that are available from their website, but these should just be used to monitor and fine-tune an overclock.

  2. all you have to do is put in the OS cd then you install the OS then after it installs you install your drivers you do not have to go into the bios to change any settings because your hard drive would have nothing on it so it would automatically boot from cd

    the disk from your motherboard goes in after you install the OS cause that is what has your drivers on it
