Mr Don M atrick’s leadership was poor. He was a nice- charismatic man but his teams weren’t unified in their vision. I think don was a nice guy. he just didn’t really care about core gamers, just profit. Mr J Allard was all about the gamers.but I think the main problem with Allard is that the original Xbox wasn’t profitable. Don came in and fixed that, but in doing so he distorted the vision what they first set out to do.
