  13. Think of it as a online file backup that syncs so they always up-to-date.

  14. Dropbox is free and so easy to use. I’d recommend it to anyone. LOTS of space too!

  15. There are a lot of options to choose from: Dropbox, Box.net, iCloud (for iPhone, etc), Microsoft SkyDrive, Google Drive, etc.

Personally, I use Dropbox and love it. It’s fast, reliable and FREE.

The way it works is that it creates a folder for you called “Dropbox.” Anything you put in that folder is automatically synced up to the cloud. You can install it on many computers and they can all access the files as if they were locally stored. You can even access the files from any web browser or smartphone/tablet!

Also, you can use the “get link” function to send links to your friends/relatives to let them view or download a file from your Dropbox. It’s great for showing photos to relatives that live far away.

You get 2GB of free storage, plus a bonus 0.5 GB from using this link: http://db.tt/vWRH8ZL (and I’ll admit: I would also get the same amount of bonus space if you use my referral link there) By referring others you can continue to earn free bonus space, up to a maximum of 16 GB, on top of the original 2 GB.

Since it’s free, there’s nothing to lose by giving it a try!
