Also I’d like to mention that 3 days after cancelling my account they sent
me an email saying that they are sorry i left and since the last time I
used their product they have made many changes LOL and offered 6 months
free. These guys are a scam!

I’ve had to contact JustCloud three times in six months because their
software hasn’t worked properly, takes over a month to upload (after
purchasing the “faster upload speed upgrade”), and now they reduced the max
file size allowed from 5GB to 1GB and are charging for 5GB. No contact
number for the company, you have to e-mail them and hope they respond,
which can sometimes take upwards of two weeks. Awful company, in the
process of trying to get my money back.

Horrible customer tec service. Software stopped working 2 month ago and the
only tec. Support you will get is an email. Each email turnaround time is
not less than 2 hrs. You can never talk to a live person or get assistance
via remote access. I ask for a refund 1 week ago and now im getting the
silent treatment. Don’t waste your money with these people because this has
been a nightmare on steroids.

first. They just informed me that the fair use policy states that after 1
tb you have to use a business account. Sounds fair. AS LONG AS YOU DON’T

I paid for 2 years in advance and after copying 70GB of files. I decided to
organize my files structure just to find out that if you cannot delete
folders. To delete folders you have to start from the bottom up, file by
file. If you delete the folder as is, it doesn’t free up space on the
server and you lose storage space. I cancelled my account and got my money
back as it was still in the 30 day period. My advise, don’t use this
company. They claim to be the best but they’re definitely not

sometime trying to get my sync folder working they said they knew the
product didn’t work but sold it anyways.

I reported them to TS, but they won’t do anything unless they receive lots
of complaints (under-resourced). The small claims court is your only
option, it seems. Companies like this can operate outside the laws and
regulations and not be addressed.

they won’t – they have an automated service that responds gibberish … i
gave up, and now they are trying to force me to pay again. they service was
ususable – innunerable extra charges, and runs at an unimaginably slow

A great PONZI SCHEME! Cancel My Account. I receive 4 replies stating that I
need to respond to the email, to verify to Cancel, that my account will be
put on Hold until I Reply. Just Cloud acted like I accidentally sent them a
cancellation email and responded to their several replies unwittingly. Just
Cloud sent me an email today to let me know that my 30 Day Money Back has
expired and would just advise me to continue using the service until your
subscription ends which will be on 8/12/15 WTF!!!
