One of the best films
Inspiring me this, Thank God im not as clumsy as MBW lol
Sounds like a lot of «Psss».
I love surprises. Especially if a film catches me off guard. When I started *exit
through the gift shop* yesterday, I couldn’t even remember what it was
about or when and why i downloaded bought it. Documentary films do not that
often hit my download queue amazon wishlist.
Some reasons i fell in love with the film right from the beginning:
– For about an hour I really had no idea where this was going and what
exactly this was about – but i never regretted that – always anticipating
the bigger picture about to come
– For a documentary, it features a lot of comic-like characters
– For a documentary, it has a rather unexpected big twist near the end
– Its art!
– It tells some really nice side-stories, i.e. like they tried to do street
art inside Disney Land
But not too many spoilers. Even if you are only into characters and not
into documentary, watch this…
Last week I posted some street art on Banksy. I decided to do further
research and found this 2010 Best Documentary ‘Exit Through the Gift Shop’
which shows the turmoil in doing his art work.
Anyone have any fucking idea what’s goin in this movie? The “street”
artists are so vague with their fucking opinions that they call him a
genius, then say it has made street art a joke. The fuck

adding a rift in the middle
I’ve just seen this, What I found most interesting was actually how it
showed the effect of ‘hype’, MBW went from being a complete nobody to the
hottest thing… wtf? so the phenomenon of hype is very well documented
here (even though it doesn’t seem to be a documentary)…
