Spybot and ad-aware do the same thing. Go to download.com (a highly trusted site) and download Mealwarebytes it does the same thing as both you mentioned. It will scan your computer for mealware/spyware and remove it for free. If you want live protection you have to pay extra but if you run a weekly scan you should be fine.

i think you should use Ccleaner. i had try many other software but i prefer Ccleaner much more.it is a very lite but powerful program for computer.The other option is use Tune Up Utilities 20092010.
but Tune up utilities is not a free software,you have to buy it.these 2 program is also can fix your computer registry as it also can speed up your computer.Defraggler is much more as Disk Defragmenter in window but it is more powerful.from this 3 software,you should use Ccleaner and defraggler as this two software is free and powerful….you can all this software at http://www.filehippo.com.
