Thanks! Yes, the tools from SDL are widely used by agencies, but that doesn’t mean you can’t use other tools, and yet be able to deliver what is expected of you. memoQ is very good for that.
I’m not planning to start up an agency, but if I were, I would most likely get memoQ serverFive. It offers the best value for the money IMO.

I have watched all your videos and I’ve to say you are great.
I’ve been looking into translation services business trends and your review have helped me a lot.
I think your favorite software must be Wordfast but after search the “Proz” job board, it seen to be a requirement from most of the contractors to have SDL software.
I would love to see a new video about Pro/Cons to the multiple users price. So people planning to start-up an agency could have more feedback before buying the software.
